Review: The Jesus Code

First of all, let me say that this book looks classy and elegant. It looks like one that would belong in an impressive library and not just a bookshelf like mine. However, we all know that you cannot judge a book by its cover. Though, to be truthful, this is one that you can judge by the cover.

Though this book contains fifty-two difference “ideas” or “thoughts”, the content is quite short. You would expect it to be much longer, but it fits into a short devotional style of book. For that, it is a good thing. The author gives a lot of his thoughts, but then he also poses questions that are good for personal reflection regardless of how mature one is in their faith.

If I had to recommend this to one particular audience, I do not think it could be done. This is one that needs to be read by every age bracket. The thoughts are provoking and interesting. If you do not have this book, I would recommend you purchase it. If you do have this book, I would be interested in knowing your thoughts.

I received this book in exchange for an unbiased review from the BookLookBloggers program.
